Welcome to No More Broken Bones

Injuries are still happening, even with Fall Prevention.

Injuries are still happening, even with Fall Prevention.

Injuries are still happening, even with Fall Prevention.

No More Broken Bones is the innovative new Injury Prevention Safety Course designed by 35-year Safety Professional

Kyle Martens RSE,

and approved by Kinesiologist

Travis Bellmore B.Kin.

Why "Don't Fall" isn't enough.

Injuries are still happening, even with Fall Prevention.

Injuries are still happening, even with Fall Prevention.

Almost all Human Standard Motor Action is to fall on our hands or flail during a fall.

Developing the skill to intentionally

"breakfall" changes

potential death or broken bones,

to scrapes and bruises.

The Solution.

Injuries are still happening, even with Fall Prevention.

The Solution.

No More Broken Bones is OHS & Life Safety Course on Safety Skill development.

This event contains 5 technical hours and may be eligible for BCRSP CPD points. See the BCRSP website at www.bcrsp.ca for CPD point criteria

About No More Broken Bones

Injury Prevention Safety Course

Concrete is a common material in our everyday life. It's hard enough to break any bone in a typical fall, and a typical fall is just that. Our normal life skillsets, "How to not break bones when you fall" just isn't a common thing. We have First Aid, but we don't have How to not need First Aid.

Kyle Martens RSE, a Red Seal Carpenter & lifetime Martial Artist created No More Broken Bones (NMBB) as an injury prevention safety course to enhance everyone's Safety Ability and reduce potential severity from broken bones or death, to scrapes and bruise.

In the workplace when an incident can happen, workers can require First Aid and a Band-Aid instead of a hospital trip by knowing how to prevent injuries.

No More Broken Bones from Breakfalls For Life is a 6-Hour Safety Course, including a continuous Safety Ability development program. Recipients develop their capacity to prevent major injuries in all situations.

Breakfalls for Life Inc. advocates for the increased need of skill development when it comes to preventing injuries in the workplace,

No More Broken Bones - Course Details

Safety Ability.

Learning new skills and lenses in life about safe operation increases the capacity of our Safety Ability. We all inherently know we don't want to get severely injured. Breakfalling is a developed skill performed by a person when falling to counter the risk and possibility of a critical injury.

Proprioception & Self-Preservation.

Learning new skills and perceiving new lenses about Safe Operation increases the capacity of our Safety Ability. Gaining more knowledge about how to operate safely & effectively will always promote a healthy, uninjured life.

Why the need is Dire.

There is still a gap in current levels of Safety where Fall Prevention focus is stiffling a Greater Safety Potential. Injury Prevention is truly a more important point of Safety over

Fall Prevention. A Successful Fall requires $5 for a Band-aid & a piece of paper.

An Unsuccessful Fall ends in Bone Fractures of any degree or death.

Eliminate the injury potential, don't keep the risk.

Safety Hyper-Awareness.

Potential issues and problems will always be a difficulty factor in our daily reality. Increasing our ability to new levels of Safe Operation will ensure success with all efforts.

Realistic abilities in difficult environments.

-Fall Prevention & Expansion of Safety Awareness.

-Safely enter/exit vehicles or equipment, on ice.

-Analysis on "How to walk on slippery surfaces without slipping."

(Improvement on How to walk like a penguin.)

-Five Effective Breakfall Safety skills to disperse force with large surface areas,

instead of critical risk points and bone fracturing impact for all falls.

Continuous Effort in Safety

We believe that creating a safe and healthy life requires continuous dedication to personal health and well-being. Without Breakfalls as a necessary life skill, people don't get to learn

"How to not need First Aid."
